Attention process of disc centrifuge operation:

1) According to the installation process requirements, clean the drum of the unit;

2) Assembly of the unit: (assembly must be at least two people): a) assembly of the drum: first install the sliding piston, (the piston is heavy, and can be hoisted with a hoist) it has a positioning pin hole. After putting it down, check whether the positioning pin is in place. Take the "0" position as the benchmark, and it can be lifted and adjusted by two hands before reaching; b) disc assembly: check whether the disc direction and position are correct and whether there is looseness and space If the gap is too large (there is a mark on the disc, it may be necessary to add more discs if it has been used for a long time. If there is no abnormality, it can fall into the drum body. Pay attention to whether the positioning pin and "0" (or part number) are aligned; (if the main lock is not hard to press and mark the drum cover, it means that the pressure of the disc pack is not enough, and the number of discs should be increased) C) assembly of the drum cover: install Before matching, check whether the nylon sealing ring under the cover is in good condition; if there is no abnormality, it can be lifted into the drum body with special tools; adjust the position of drum cover to "0" position. Install the locking ring (check the thread before each assembly. If there is a strained part, it needs to be carefully trimmed with a file, and the threaded part shall be coated with grease to prevent excessive wear and engagement, which makes it impossible to disassemble the drum). Use special tools to compress the disc and lock the locking ring. Adjust the locking ring to "0" position. After installation, the surface is basically flat. d) Install the lower cover of the centripetal pump, insert the positioning pin, and the surface is flat.

3) Check whether the vertical shaft of centrifuge unit is in good condition, clean and free of foreign matters;

4) Use special tools to fix the drum, and slowly drop the drum body into the main body with the crane, and place it stably and concentrically;

5) Install the locking vertical shaft bolt, loosen the brake and turn the drum clockwise to check whether it is stable and normal. Check for factors that affect rotation.

6) Install the centripetal pump impeller, cover the centripetal pump chamber cover, assemble the locking nut and lock it.

7) Install the cover slowly and fix the fastening bolts.

8) Install the inlet and outlet device, tighten the bolts and connect the inlet and outlet pipes.

9) Gently pull the brake wheel to turn it if it is assembled correctly; check again to confirm that the assembly is correct (mainly due to the drum body assembly) before entering the start-up procedure.

The disc separator starts up and runs

1) Before starting up, check whether the oil level of oil tank is near the scale line; check according to the production process requirements, and flush the connecting pipeline system.

2) Check whether the brake of the separator is open and close all the inlet valves.

3) Turn on the PLC controller. Start the motor. If abnormal friction sound is found, stop the machine immediately and eliminate it. Do not start it forcibly. The starting current of the motor is generally 80A, and the working current shall not exceed 30A after reaching full speed. It is a normal phenomenon that the vibration increases through the critical speed device. After full speed, the vibration of the machine decreases. The starting time is generally 4-8 minutes, and the speed of the full speed indicator plate is about 67 rpm.
