1. Anti corrosion function: the materials separated from the centrifugal meter are generally corrosive to a certain extent. For the raw materials touching with the materials, C requirements can meet the requirements of corrosion resistance, so as to ensure safe use. The data types of structural parts (304, 321, 316L, titanium plate), sealing ring, sealing gasket raw materials, surface treatment methods (plastic lining, rubber lining, surface coating), and raw materials of filter cloth, etc. should be determined in the selection of type. 2. Separation function is a basic function, including parting effect, washing effect, processing ability, automation degree, etc. At the beginning of ordering, due to the difference of material properties, including viscosity, particle size, density, solid-liquid ratio of slurry and other factors, it is difficult to determine the separation effect. The working principle of industrial centrifuge is as follows: the drum and impeller rotate at a certain differential speed in the same direction and at high speed. The material is introduced into the spiral inner cylinder through the feed pipe, and then enters the drum after acceleration. Under the effect of centrifugal force field, heavier solid particles are deposited on the drum wall to form sediment layer. The feeding screw continuously pushes the deposited solids to the cone end of the drum and is discharged out of the machine through the slag discharge port. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, which is successively overflowed from the large end overflow port of the drum and discharged out of the machine through the liquid discharge port. This machine can feed, leave, wash and discharge at full speed.

Methods for surface treatment of industrial centrifuges:

Repair welding is carried out on the incomplete parts of the industrial centrifuge, and the steel plate / steel bar with the same raw material or close to the equipment base material is selected for skeleton welding. Degrease and dehumidification treatment, remove the grease on the surface of the workpiece, and use new cotton yarn to scrub the surface of the workpiece. Adjust the flame length to 10cm with oxyacetylene, and bake the surface of the workpiece evenly and repeatedly at the speed of 5cm / min to remove the grease and moisture on the surface of the workpiece. Remove the oxide layer on the surface of the workpiece, and conceal and maintain the parts that do not need to be treated.

The cause of abrasion of industrial centrifuge: the dust particles interact with the wall surface after entering the impeller. In the inlet area of the centrifugal flow channel and the whole axial flow channel, the dust particles basically collide with the wall at a non-zero angle of attack and then rebound into the flow channel under the comprehensive effect of air entrainment and its own inertia. The wall data wear caused by this is a typical erosion wear.
