Disc centrifuge

Disc centrifuges can be used for solid-liquid separation (DHC) -clarification operations, or liquid-liquid separation (DHY) -separation operations. The butterfly centrifuge has been widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, light industry, food, biological engineering and other industries for its compact structure, small footprint and large production capacity.

DHC type is mainly suitable for liquid-solid separation where solid is between 1-15% and solid particle diameter is greater than 0.5 micron. Such as oil: vegetable oil, animal oil, fish oil, cream oil, crude oil, various fuels, lubricating oil separation, clarification, dairy clarification; Food: juice clarification, beer separation; Separation and clarification of fermentation broth in fermented products; Pharmaceutical: the extraction of vaccine, mycelium, glucose, insulin, antibiotics, vitamins, molasses ii mercerizing lye; Chemical industry: dry cleaning solvent, galvanized fluid, sulfuric acid, aluminum solution, tar water mixture, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, silver (in the process of film) and catalyst and magnet ore recovery.   

DHY type is used for the separation of emulsion and solids content of 1-5% suspension, such as fuel oil regeneration, latex separation, nitroglycerin, benzoic acid (amine manufacturing), gum, extraction of tetracycline, penicillin, bacteria, alkaloids, dairy separation, vegetable oil refining.
