The size of the gasket should be strictly controlled so that the diameter of the spare parts is 0.3-0.5 ram smaller than that of the installation ring groove. At the same time, after replacing the new parts, let the centrifuge idle for 3 hours to make the temperature inside the centrifuge rise to about 90 ℃, and then control the water to close the sliding piston for 2-3 times, so that the stress on the gasket is uniform after installation, so as to avoid the occurrence of similar accidents in the process of operation.
