Correct installation

(1) Power supply voltage: the voltage fluctuation should be within 10% of the national standard, otherwise some manufacturers' tubular centrifuges can not operate normally. If the voltage fluctuation is above this, it is recommended to use a voltage regulator to meet the grid.

(2) The ground wire should be firm: the wiring of the room power supply should meet the requirements. China's three-phase four wire system. Three phase is the three-phase of industrial power. When using three-phase power, the zero line and ground wire are separated. What's more, whether it is three-phase industrial power or general single-phase power, the ground wire should be reliable to avoid leakage, and the ground wire cannot be connected to the hot gas pipe and water pipe.

(3) The ground should be flat and firm: for large tubular centrifuges, the floor should be moved firmly at the installation site to ensure that the rotor of the tubular centrifuge can work normally without sinking. The ground at the fixing place should be flat and firm.

2. Loading and balancing

In the design and manufacture of tubular centrifuge, dynamic balance test has been made to remedy the unbalance caused by rotor processing error. However, all centrifuges have their allowable sample unbalance.

In order to compete with other manufacturers on the allowable unbalance limit of centrifuge, the manufacturer of tubular centrifuge should give a larger value as far as possible. 3. Clean up the water in the centrifugal chamber

When the tubular centrifuge is running, refrigeration is used. Because of the moisture in the air, frost forms in the centrifugal chamber, and the frost turns into water after shutdown. Most of the low-speed and high-capacity tubular centrifuges in foreign countries have no drainage holes, and the more water accumulates in the centrifugal cavity. At this time, the user should remove the rotor and clean up the water. When re installing the rotor, be sure to install it to avoid accidents.

4. Aluminum alloy should not be corroded

The rotor of tubular separator is generally made of aluminum alloy. When it is corroded, its strength will be reduced and accidents will be easily lost. Aluminum alloy is easy to be corroded by liquid. After cleaning, the aluminum alloy should be dried with a blower or reversed for a period of time. It can be used only after it is confirmed to be dry. Some blood stations import centrifuges, 6 aluminum cups should not have 6 plastic holders. Blood bags should be placed in the plastic holder to avoid being placed directly in the aluminum cup. Pay attention to the test tube for cracks. If the test tube (especially the test tube used repeatedly) has cracks, it must not be used. Otherwise, if the test tube is broken in use, it will cause the rotor to lose balance in rotation, which may lead to shaft breakage and other malignant accidents.

5. Shaft breaking accident

If the rotor is not placed properly, or the sample is unbalanced, the centrifuge starts. Although the modern imported tubular centrifuges have unbalance protection, that is, when the unbalance exceeds a certain limit, it should automatically cut off the power to stop the centrifuge. But in the above circumstances, it is already late, and there will be a vicious accident. One of the most serious accidents is the broken shaft. Due to the sudden shaft breaking during high-speed rotation, the centrifugal rotor has no support, so it can rotate 270 ° in the centrifugal cavity. At this time, if there are staff or equipment nearby, it will cause casualties and equipment damage.
