The frame and drum of high-speed tubular centrifuge are all made of stainless steel. Beautiful and simple, easy to clean. Meet the requirements of GMP. The solid volume of the centrifuge drum is 6 L, and the production capacity is up to 200-500kg / h. It is mainly used for the separation operation of continuous feed clarification in pilot scale and industrial production. The sediment deposited in the drum can be removed manually.

The separation factor of high-speed tubular centrifuge is as high as 15000, and the separation of small particles is 0.5 μ m, which is suitable for separation of emulsion and clarification of high-speed suspension. The solid content of the suspension should not exceed 1% in order to make the slag discharge less frequent. Tubular high-speed centrifuge is widely used in fine chemical industry, traditional Chinese medicine preparation, biological medicine, animal and plant protein pectin extraction, ink-jet ink and other industrial production. It is also used as the equipment for the separation of antibiotics, fermentation broth and transformer oil dehydration.

Part assembly

Drum assembly:

1. The drum is the core part of the centrifuge. During disassembly and assembly, the inner and outer walls, mating surfaces, sealing surfaces and screw threads of the drum must be carefully inspected to see if there is any damage, whether there are foreign matters in the drum, and whether the internal and external surfaces are clean.

2. After the drum is separated from the spindle, the upper thread must be screwed with a protective screw sleeve. The protective screw sleeve shall not be removed before the drum and the spindle are tightened with the connecting nut.

3. Place the drum horizontally on the special bracket so that the pin on the bracket enters the corresponding slot at the lower part of the drum. If there is a triangular plate in the drum, the triangular plate must be cleaned and pushed into the drum in parallel according to the specified marks until the top is pushed to the full.

4. Check the lower end cover, check that the sealing ring and the matching surface of the bottom surface and the screw thread are in good condition; the head lining ring shall not be loose and excessively worn, and special tools shall be used for replacement, and the clamping shall not be too tight to avoid damaging the thread.

5. Screw the lower end cover on the drum with a ring spanner and a wooden hammer until the specified mark is made; if not, check the reason and replace the sealing ring if there is any problem with the sealing ring.

Operation and maintenance of tubular separator

Start and stop part

Power on:

1. Before starting the machine, check whether the effusion tray is in place correctly and tighten it.

2. If the cooling system is used, open the cooling jacket.

3. The centrifuge can be started only after everything is checked and confirmed to be correct. The centrifuge should be inched once or twice with an interval of 2-3 seconds each time, and then started.

The medium can be separated for 2-4 minutes.

5. The pressure of separated liquid entering the machine is required to be 1.5m liquid column.

6. Check the lower bearing group before each operation, screw the oil cup and add a small amount of grease to ensure the good sliding of the sliding bearing.
