When the sludge concentration is normal, the dry solid load of the equipment should be ensured to be 70% to 90% of the theoretical load of the equipment specified by the equipment factory. In order to prevent the equipment utilization rate too low, please prevent the horizontal spiral centrifuge from being too high for a long time. Operation under load is accelerated and maintenance cycle is shortened.

When the load of horizontal screw centrifuge is too large, the treatment effect will not be improved no matter how much flocculant is added, and the performance of mud biscuit is not ambiguous. The higher solid degree and lower recovery rate of the supernatant are caused by the sediment overflowing with the supernatant, resulting in equipment wear and tear, and the dynamic balance is damaged and the feeling is aggravated.

In some cases, when the sludge concentration is added and the sludge is formed according to the original flow rate, the actual mud load will exceed the acceptable load index of the equipment, thus reducing the treatment effect. At this time, it is necessary to gradually reduce the frequency of entering the mud and study its effect. After the effect is stable, the flow rate of flocculant is continuously measured and controlled within the economic dose range.

On the contrary, when the sludge concentration decreases, it is necessary to gradually add the flow rate to the slurry and adjust the flow rate of the common feed pump in the same period of time. If the mud concentration is too low, although the dry solid load of the equipment is not high, but the hydraulic load is very large. Due to the high hydraulic load, entering the low concentration sludge can not form useful and uniform mud. In the annular layer, the precipitated solid is overflowed by a large amount of supernatant, which directly affects the treatment capacity.

Therefore, for low concentration sludge, it is first concentrated, then mixed with high concentration sludge, and then dehydrated. In order to prevent the centrifuge overload caused by excessive torque in the mud, the frequency of the mud pump must be appropriately reduced. This mainly occurs when the sludge concentration is added, but the original mud flow is still running.

The separation effect of horizontal screw separator is closely related to the selection of screen type. At present, there are three kinds of screen mesh, punching mesh and shear corrosion mesh in cone basket centrifuge. The cost of woven mesh is low, but the surface is not smooth. Although the leakage material is very small, it is easy to block the net and needs to be cleaned with water. If assembled correctly, good separation effect can also be obtained.

It is suitable for mass production and has good separation effect. However, it is difficult to manufacture the tools used to process this kind of net, and the service life of the net is short. The mesh gap is limited by the thickness of the sheet, and the thickness of the sheet is not more than 0.3 mm according to the hole requirements. The shear corrosion net has good separation effect, and the mesh gap is limited by the thickness of the plate. It can process 0.3-1 mm. The tool has a long service life, but the manufacturing cost is twice that of the porous plate, and the turbid liquid cannot be recovered at present.
