Settling centrifuge

Settling centrifuge, suitable for clarifying medium and fine particle suspension, widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, can be used as the first step of the tube separator preparatory processing equipment.

Main features:

1. There are three ways for users to choose different materials: continuous separation, brief separation and one separation. The clarified liquid is discharged through the skimming tube or the blocking plate.

2. High separation factor and large production capacity.

3. The manual brake device can shorten the working cycle.

4. Use slip motor (or centrifugal swing block clutch) to make the drum start slowly to avoid impact overload.

5. All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel.

6. The drum cover and drum are designed as two bodies, with novel and advanced structure, which facilitates the removal of solid objects and enables all-round cleaning, in line with GMP certification standards. Simple structure, easy operation and maintenance.
