Structure features:

1. Main parts such as drum are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

3. Large length-diameter ratio design can increase the settlement area of materials, extend the settlement time of materials in the drum, and lower the moisture content of filter cake.

4. Adopt the structure of rotating drum and cone with a 2×9° large cone Angle to enhance the squeezing force of the helix on the filter cake and improve the solid content of the filter cake. Under the same separation factor, the filter cake is drier, the liquid is clearer and the operation is more economical.

5. Select cycloidal needle wheel, planetary gear or hydraulic differential with heavy load and large transmission ratio; The slag conveying torque can be up to 3600N. M, greatly improving the slag discharging capacity.

6. The drive system is designed for double motor and double frequency conversion, with adjustable differential.
