The fully automatic lower discharge centrifuge is mainly composed of rotating drum, which is modularized with scraper drive, mechanical drive, housing and other functional parts, so that it can realize multi-function and arbitrary combination. The motor drives the belt pulley to drive the spindle system to rotate by conducting electrostatic flame retardant narrow belt, so that the rotating drum can rotate synchronously. The material is added from the side wall of the drum through the feeding tube. Under the action of centrifugal force field, the liquid is thrown to the wall of rotating drum. The liquid phase enters the housing space through the strainer and the hole in the drum wall, falls on the chassis of the housing, and is discharged through the outlet, leaving the solid phase inside the strainer. The thickness of the material layer is controlled by a special level detector, and the feeding and washing are controlled by a special inlet valve. After dewatering, the drum will slow down, and the scraper will scrape the solid material down and unload it through the outlet on the bottom of the drum. Fully automatic lower discharge centrifuge, controlled by advanced PLC programmable controller, adopts variable frequency governor and brake brake unit as well as combination of hydraulic or pneumatic components, single machine or main control center computer network. With nine kinds of protection functions, the whole machine is fully applicable to the flammable, explosive, toxic, easy to corrosion work site, to realize the starting, feeding, dewatering, washing, unloading the whole process of automation, unmanned operation.
